Deputies responded to the area for a three-vehicle crash. Upon investigation, the driver was found to be under the influence. Michael Benites,26, of Sterling was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 2nd conviction within less than five years and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is currently being held without a bond.
