Deputies responded to a report of a crash involving two vehicles. Deputies found the driver of the striking vehicle to be under the influence of alcohol. Daybin M. Bautista Veliz, 21 of Sterling was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $2,000 unsecured bond. None of the parties involved required medical treatment.
