Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. Deputies found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Dustin M. Smith, 35 of Leesburg was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
