Deputies responded to the area for a report of a traffic rage altercation. Upon the deputy’s arrival, one of the parties pulled up behind the deputy. The driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Located inside the vehicle were three juveniles. The male, Hector A. Urbina Miranda, 33 of Sterling was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and three counts of Child Neglect. Miranda was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
