An officer on patrol observed a vehicle disregarding the stop sign at 20th and A Street. He conducted a stop and upon approach to the vehicle, noticed signs of possible intoxication for the driver, who was the lone occupant. A battery of field sobriety tests were conducted and the results indicated a level of intoxication. The driver was transported to the Adult Detention Center and a sample of his breath yielded a result of .10. He was charged with DUI and ordered to be held until sober.
