Deputies responded for a report of a suspicious incident, while in the area the deputy observed a vehicle driving erratically. The deputy activated his emergency equipment to get the driver to stop, the driver did not stop but accelerated. The vehicle became disabled in the area of S. Sterling Blvd. and E. Holly Ave. The driver exited the vehicle and began to flee on foot. The deputy was able to apprehend the driver a short time later. The driver, Marvin Ordonez Ordonez, 22 of Sterling was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (2nd offense), Obstructing Justice, Refusal of Test, Driving without a License, Reckless Driving, Hit and Run, Eluding Law Enforcement, and other traffic infractions. Ordonez was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
