Deputies responded for reports of a suspected intoxicated driver that had just pulled into the parking lot of a gas station. Deputies located the driver asleep in the driver seat of the vehicle. The male was found to be under the influence of alcohol and did not possess a driver’s license. An open alcoholic container was located in the vehicle. Jorge Y. Hidalgo, 47, of Fairfax was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Drinking While Driving, Driving Without a License, and Refusal to Provide a Breath Test. Hidalgo was later released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a Personal Recognizance Bond.
