A deputy was on patrol when he witnessed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign and was driving recklessly. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Roberto C. Guzman, 38, of Leesburg was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, Refusal of Tests, Resist or Hindering Deputy Sheriff, Signals Required on Backing, Stopping or Turning, and Failure to Yield Right-of-way. Guzman was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was later released on a $2,500 bond.
