Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious male running around a parking lot and entering a vehicle. Upon arrival deputies talked with a male subject who provided them with identification. A wanted check came back that the male was wanted and not licensed. When deputies advised the subject that he was under arrest, he began to resist. After placing the male under arrest, it was determined he had provided deputies with a false name and identification. After confirming his real identity, he was found to have two active warrants out of Prince William County and to not have a valid license. Corinthian S. Witcher, 34 of Bristow was charged with 3 counts of Obstruction of Justice, Giving False ID to Police, and Driving without a License. Witcher was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
