A tenant who had vacated on January 31st, returned to the complex, demanding access to his mailbox. However, he failed to turn in his mailbox key when he vacated, and it was later learned that he had not had a key for over a year, but would wait by the mailbox cluster for the mailman to arrive, Management explained that upon tenant departure, the postal service rekeys the mailbox and gives the key to the tenant directly. He was not satisfied with this answer until police arrived and directed him to the post office to ask that they hold his mail there for pick up.
