Police responded to a dispute in progress between a tenant facing eviction and the property manager. Police officers separated the parties and allowed the aggrieved tenant time to vent until they were able to determine that there was a dispute of uncredited payments and the total outstanding balance still in arrears. Once this information was learned they were able to get balance sheets from the property manager and give them to the tenant, resulting at an end to the volatile encounter.
