Police responded to a complaint of a broken window on a vehicle, and learned that the complainant parked her vehicle approximately four days prior. Upon returning to the car, the complaint discovered two holes in the driver’s side window. The window was shattered but remained in place. No entry was made into the car. While canvassing the neighborhood, officers located a victim who reported similar circumstances in which the windshield of his vehicle was broken in two places while he was out of the area for a week. He had the windshield replaced and did not report it to the police. The investigation is ongoing.
