Derrius Guice Arrested for Assault & Battery in Loudoun

After an investigation conducted by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Domestic Violence Unit in coordination with the Montgomery County Police Department, Derrius K. Guice, age 23, was arrested on Friday, August 7, on charges of one count of Strangulation, three counts of Assault and Battery, and one count Destruction of Property. The charges stem from three domestic-related incidents that occurred earlier this year in Loudoun County, VA. The incidents were first reported to the Montgomery County Police Department in Maryland where the victim lives. It was later determined that three assaults, which occurred on February 14, March 13 and April 17 of 2020, took place at his home in Ashburn, VA. The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of the allegations on July 22, 2020.

Guice turned himself over to authorities and was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond.
