The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a strong-armed robbery that occurred last night outside the Dulles Town Center.Shortly before 8 p.m. September 18, an adult female victim was seated outside of the Macy’s Store along Dulles Town Circle when an unknown subject grabbed her purse. After a brief struggle, the subject ran from the area. The victim was not injured.
The subject was described as a Black male, 5’9” to 5’10”, and was wearing a white T-Shirt, blue jeans, and was carrying a black backpack at the time of the incident.
Detectives are reviewing potential surveillance videos in the area to work to identify the subject.
