Loudoun County Deputies responded for reports of a vehicle driving on the football fields of Claude Moore Park at approx. 2:00 AM Sunday morning. On scene deputies were able to locate the vehicle as it was pulling into a driveway. The driver fled into the residence when he observed the deputies. The deputies attempted to have the male exit the residence. The male made six phone calls to 911 advising that his house was being broken into. The male later exited his residence and attempted to re-enter his vehicle but was taken into custody. The male was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Michael W. Paschall, 42, of Sterling was charged with Public Intoxication, Hindering a Deputy Sheriff, two counts of Destruction of Property, two counts of Reckless Driving, and six counts of Falsely Summons or Give False Reports to Law-Enforcement Officials. Paschall is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $4,000 Bond.
