The complainant reported receiving an email from an unknown person claiming to be from Geek Squad. The email notified her that her account would be charged $300 unless she clicked on the link provided and deleted her account. The complainant clicked the link and was contacted by a person on the phone who had access to her computer. The complainant was instructed to purchase gift cards to clear up the matter, which she did.
