Burglary: 1600 block S. Sterling Blvd. Sterling VA

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the La Monarca Furniture located in the 1600 block of S. Sterling Boulevard shortly before 1 a.m. on May 8, 2021. Deputies learned a suspect entered the store and was possibly armed. A perimeter was quickly established in the area with the assistance of the Virginia State Police. After a search of the area, one suspect was located on foot.

Wilson M. Navarro Escobar, 28, is charged with Burglary with Intent to Commit Larceny, Larceny of a Firearm, Destruction of Property, and Resisting Arrest. While searching the area, deputies located a nearby vehicle and a male driver. The driver, Christopher Molina Garcia, 19, of Sterling was found to be wanted on Federal Charges. Three firearms were also recovered that had been discarded in the area.

Both men are being held on no bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
