Deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, they located the complainant who reported that an unknown male entered his residence and began destroying items. The subject had fled the residence prior to the arrival of law enforcement. Deputies were able to locate the subject, Erik R. Guerra Figueroa, 38 of Ashburn, and charged him with Burglary and Destruction of Property. Guerra Figueroa was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
