The complainant reported that a person known to her broke into her residence by damaging the front door and then damaging property inside the residence. On June 3, deputies arrested, Walter A. Barahona Serrano, 36 of Sterling. Serrano was charged with Burglary (Occupied Dwelling) and Destruction of Property and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
