Deputies responded to a report of a male who entered a business and pointed a firearm at an employee. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that a male entered the business and wanted to return a vehicle. When the dealership could not honor his request, the suspect pulled out a firearm, grabbed an employee by the arm, and pointed the firearm at the employee. Aaron Richards, 38 of Hampton was charged with Brandishing a Firearm and Assault and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on his own recognizance.
