The complainant was behind a business when two vehicles pulled up. He witnessed both drivers exit their vehicles and yelling at each other. One of the drivers pulled out a handgun and the other driver got in his vehicle and fled. The driver with the handgun then drove off. The area was checked and neither vehicle was located.
