The complainant reported that while at a gas station, a male approached him and asked him for money. The complainant took out his wallet and was attempting to give the male a few dollars when the male grabbed the wallet and attempted to pull it out of the victim’s hand. The subject then left the scene. The subject is described as a Black male, bald, wearing a baggy white shirt and baggie blue jeans.
