After further investigation, an additional 16 charges were placed on Joshua Tucker, 30 of Fort Washington, Maryland.

  • Eight counts – Obtaining Identifying Information with Intent to Defraud
  • Six counts – Fraud, Theft of Credit Card
  • One count – Fraud, Receive Goods from Credit Card Fraud
  • One count – Fraud, Less than $200

Tucker turned himself into the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on July 18 and is being held on no bond. Original: A detective was at the location at the request of the Isle of Wright Sheriff’s Office regarding unauthorized use of a credit card. The detective located the subject and as he began to detain him, the subject assaulted the detective and fled on foot. Deputies were able to locate the subject nearby. Joshua Tucker, 30 of Fort Washington, Maryland was charged with two counts of Credit Card Fraud and one count of Resisting Arrest. Tucker was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $1,000 bond.
