The complainant reported that while turning out of the parking lot he struck a pedestrian with his vehicle. Shortly thereafter, the complainant reported that a vehicle pulled up and two males (acquaintances of pedestrian) arrived on scene and one of the males began to assault him. The male demanded that the complainant give him money, as the complainant began walking towards the ATM , he looked back and one of the males got into the complainant’s vehicle and drove away. The vehicle was located a short distance later with multiple items missing. The pedestrian and the complainant declined medical treatment at the scene. Luis E. Tiz Doris, 28 of Waltham, MA was charged with Assault and Larceny Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. Doris was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
