Assault/Robbery (update): 21300 block Windmill Parc Dr. Sterling VA

Multiple subjects have been charged in reference to the below incident. An additional warrant for another subject involved in this incident was obtained earlier this week and is pending service.

  • Luke Roberts, 18 of Centreville, arrested on September 8. Charge: Assault by Mob. Roberts was arrested by the Fairfax Police Department.
  • Kian N. Sangley, 20 of Sterling, arrested on September 1. Charges: Assault and Robbery. Sangley was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $10,000 bond.
  • Alexander E. Rosa, 21 of Sterling, arrested on September 2. Charge: Assault by Mob. Rosa was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Ethan Benjamin, 19 of Reston, arrested on September 6. Charge: Assault by Mob. Benjamin was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Dimas J. Hernandez, 20 of Reston, arrested on September 4. Charge: Assault by Mob. Hernandez was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Dimitri Rivera, 19 of Ashburn, arrested on September 5. Charge: Assault. Rivera was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on his own recognizance.
  • Jeremiah M. Larschied, 21 of Sterling was arrested on September 1. Charge: Assault by Mob. Larschied was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

 

Original: LCSO Deputies responded to the area for a report of a group of possible teenagers fighting in a parking lot. One of the subjects reportedly had brandished a stun gun. Prior to law enforcement’s arrival, the altercation had stopped, and multiple subjects had left the area. One teenager was found to be injured after being assaulted by multiple subjects and was later taken to a local hospital for treatment. A cell phone was also reportedly taken from a female during the incident and was recovered. This case is pending. SO220015212 / SO220015261
