The complainants reported that a male known to them pushed his way into their hotel room and took a cell phone. When confronted by the complainant the male assaulted him and damaged a hotel window. Thomas P. Gilmore, 21 of Leesburg was charged with Breaking and Entering, Destruction of Property, Assault and Battery, and Larceny. Gilmore was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
