On October 3, 2023, deputies arrested Nathaniel F. Joseph and charged him with one count of Assault, two counts of Stalking, and two counts of Trespassing. The subject was previously trespassed from the location and returned on September 29, when he assaulted an employee. Joseph was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
