Deputies responded to the location for an assault in progress. Upon arrival, deputies located two men who were involved in the incident. Williams Escobar Cruz, 29, of Sterling was charged with Assault & Battery, and Destruction of Property. Melvin Alexander Martinez Grande, 30, of Chantilly was charged with Assault & Battery, and Drunk in Public. Both men were transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and ordered held without bond.
