The complainant reported that a neighbor unexpectedly punched him while he was walking outside. The complainant was transported to a local area hospital for treatment of his injuries. Tavon T. Williams, 27, of Sterling, was arrested and charged with Assault. Williams was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $2,500 bond.
