The complainant reported that she was assaulted and strangled by a male known to her. Reynaldo E. Bustillo Alvarez, 28, of Washington D.C., was arrested and charged with Assault and Strangulation. Bustillo Alvarez was transported to the Loudoun Adult Detention Center, where he is being held pending a bond review.
