The complainant reported that he was assaulted and not allowed to leave the residence by a person known to him. Karen Pineda Rubio, 28 of Sterling was charged with Assault and Kidnapping/Abduct by Force. Pineda Rubio was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where was released on a $3,000 bond.
