Deputies responded to a retail store for a report of a male in the parking acting disorderly. Upon investigation, deputies learned that the male had been inside the store and had followed two females around the store and inappropriately touched both. Nelson Osmar Diaz, 24 of Reston was charged with Assault and Drunk in Public. Diaz was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
