An employee of the pool reported that two subjects known to her came to the pool to confront her about an incident unrelated to the establishment and pepper sprayed her. Another employee that was nearby also got sprayed. The deputy obtained warrants for the two subjects. On July 15, Haley M. Cahill, 20 of Chantilly was charged with Assault (Malicious Injury by Caustic Substance – felony). Cahill was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was released on her own recognizance. Charges are pending against a second subject.
