The complainant reported that she was assaulted by a male known to her and that he prevented her from calling 9-1-1. Satyavardhan Surapaneni, 49, of Chantilly, was arrested and charged with Assault and Destroy Phone Line with the intent to Prevent Call Law Enforcement. Surapaneni was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on bond.
