Deputies responded to the Rio Cantina Restaurant for a report of someone spraying OC spray in the establishment. Upon arrive, Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System was also on scene treating several patrons for OC exposure. Two restaurant patrons were transported to local area hospitals for treatment.
