Deputies responded to the address for a report of an assault. Upon arrival, they located the complainant reported she was assaulted by a person known to her. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of her injuries. Prior to the deputy’s arrival, the male had left the scene. On December 2, deputies located the subject, Johan M. Solarte Montano, 31 of Sterling, and charged him with Assault and Malicious Wounding. Montano was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
