The complainant reported that he was assaulted by someone known to her and was prevented from calling 9-1-1. Reed A. Henderson, 20, of Ashburn was arrested and charged with Assault and Destroy Phone Line with the intent to Prevent Call to Law Enforcement. Henderson was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she is being held without bond.
