Deputies responded to the area for a report of a male who had been shot by projectiles from what he believed was a BB gun. The complainant reported that the vehicle involved was a black Volkswagen Beetle. While on the scene with the first complainant, another person called 911 to report that he and another person had been struck by pellets as well. The description of the vehicle was the same as the above. A third victim reported that while running on Marblehead Drive towards Gloucester Pkwy., he observed a black Volkswagen drive in his direction and a projectile was fired at him which struck his sunglasses. Deputies were able to locate the vehicle in the area of Gloucester Pkwy., and Ashburn Village Blvd. Four juvenile males were located in the vehicle as well as three Orbeez type pellet guns. This case remains under investigation.
