The complainant reported that she did an internet search for the phone number for Amazon. She called the number and talked to a person claiming to be with Amazon. The person convinced the victim to download an app to her phone, which she did. Once the app was downloaded the complainant noticed that money was being taken out of her bank account. SO2100016515
