The complainant reported that she did a search for United Airlines on her computer and used the phone number provided to make flight arrangements. Upon calling the number she was instructed to purchase gift cards to waive the COVID testing requirement. The complainant purchased the gift cards and provided the card information to the fictitious United Airlines person.
